Finally, on the last weekend in January, a judo tournament took place in Schmalkalden.
Eight Eisenach judoka – Anna Maria Engelhardt, Thorben Pfotenhauer, Sebastian Vogel, Luca Feldbusch, Lucas Pencun, Max Ölke, Eric Graupner, Georg Hasanov – and their coach Christian Hurka represented PSV Eisenach e. V. at the Open Thuringian State Cup 2022 and after good fights were able to place successfully in the age groups U16 – U21. Even for our more experienced athletes it was a special tension after the long break from competition to be able to compete with the sporting competition again. The joy of a win was all the greater.
