PSG will receive Rennes in white this Friday evening at the Parc des Princes (9 p.m.), at the start of the 24th day of Ligue 1. The capital club will wear its fourth tunic of the season, unveiled this Thursday morning in collaboration with Jordan Brand , his partner for more than three years. White with red edging, it is the flagship product of a new collection which “combines the identity of the club with the iconic codes of basketball and those of street culture”, explains PSG.
This is the 8th jersey bearing the “Jumpman” branding, the logo created by basketball legend Michael Jordan, since the 2018-2019 season. This season, the blue tunic is the second of the collaboration between Paris and Jordan, a subsidiary of Nike, historical partner of the Rouge et Bleu. According to our information, the club has therefore planned to “test” this life-size jersey against Rennes for its men’s team. The women, who receive Dijon at the same time at the Camp des Loges, will do the same.

Unhappy with the excessive use of the black jersey at the Parc des Princes since the start of the season, the Collectif ultras Paris (CUP) expressed this anger in a press release at the start of the week. Will the use of the white tunic against Rennes cause new tensions?
