The Al-Yussana Basketball Club celebrates this Saturday its day of coexistence in the Covered Pavilion with different games and activities

The Al-Yussana Basketball Club will celebrate this Saturday from 9:45 a.m. its day of coexistence, with the participation of all the components of the club: players, coaches, sponsors and collaborators, parents and Board of Directors.

During the day, presented by the president of the club, Igor Da Silva and the mayor of Sports, Alberto Lora, five official matches will be played (Babybasket, Minibasket, Children, Cadet and Senior categories). In addition, the children of the Premini category team, which does not have an official match that day, will show their progress through a shooting contest.

At the end of the boys’ matches and prior to the start of the senior match –scheduled for 1:15 p.m.– the official presentation ceremony of all the federated teams of CB Al-Yussana that are competing in the 2021/2022 season will take place against the public that attends the Municipal Sports Pavilion.

In addition, during the morning different activities will be held, such as raffles for products donated by the club’s sponsors: DS Smith, Mi Garabato 2.0 and Alcalá Deportes, the performance of the Mamen Franco Dance School, Mamen Dance Zumba and others.

As a climax, the senior team match will be held against Club Baloncesto New Córdoba.

Igor da Silva was satisfied with the rapid growth that the club has had, pointing out that “the sporting results have come much sooner than expected, since we are not only competing in all categories, but in almost all of them we are currently in top positions. In fact, the mini-basketball category, which has just concluded the regular phase, has achieved third place in its group, which is why precisely this Saturday it will begin to play the play-offs for the title, thus facing the best teams in the province in its category”.
