MANY Indonesian players withdrew from the German Open 2022 and All England 2022. PBSI finally spoke about this while revealing the cause.
PBSI confirmed that a number of Indonesian players had withdrawn from two European tours, namely Germany Open 2022 and All England 2022. This was confirmed by the Head of Public Relations and Media of PBSI, Broto Happy.
It is known, 10 representatives from Indonesia withdrew from the German Open 2022. Then, there were 7 representatives who canceled their performance at the All England 2022 event.
Some names have even withdrawn from the two tournaments. Call it the men’s singles, Chico Aura Dwi Wardoyo, and the women’s singles, Putri Kusuma Wardani.
PBSI also gave reasons for withdrawing the two. Broto said Chico and Putri were on a long waiting list to appear in the main round because their ranking positions were not yet qualified.
