The Celtics will fill their squad with Luke Kornet and Sam Hauser | NBA

With the trades made last night, Boston was left with only 10 players under contract, and the Celtics therefore had to fill their roster quickly, to reach at least the minimum number of players required.

And according to information from ESPN, it is first Luke Kornet and Sam Hauser who will take the opportunity to sign a contract until the end of the campaign.

The first is a large interior (2m18) capable of spreading the game in attack. He had already passed through the Celtics last year and he is also playing this year for their G-League team, where he averages 15.6 points, 5.6 rebounds and 4.7 assists, in seven games in the antechamber of the NBA.

The second is a winger who has taken part in 10 Boston games this season, on a two-way contract. His contribution was anecdotal (1.2 points and 0.6 rebounds on average in 4 minutes) in the NBA, but he is on the other hand at 21.1 points, 6.5 rebounds and 3.5 assists on average in 10 G-League games, at 42% success at 3 -points.

There will still be three vacancies in the Massachusetts franchise roster, but Brad Stevens can fill them with players signed on 10-day contracts.
