The great restart of the Sakura Judo Ponte San Giovanni
It was a January in which the Sakura Judo Ponte San Giovanni got off to a good start. A month in which the company founded, and still led by Maestro Roberto Sabatini almost 40 years ago, was able to distinguish itself and make some figures grow within its own reality.

The year started with two new first level Fijlkam technicians in the company; Lorenzo Bruni and Francesco Brunori, expert athletes who arrived at Sakura when they were still children, brilliantly passed the exam on January 23rd. Today they are ready to pass on their experiences and skills to those who, like them 16 years ago, are setting out on the judo path within society.
On Sunday 30 January, however, it was the turn of a new Fijlkam black belt: Eduardo Picciolini, who also passed the exam organized by the Regional Committee of the Federation, obtaining the coveted transition to the rank of 1st dan, on Tuesday there was the long awaited dressing with the new belt. Together with him Filippo Capoccia, who in December after the victory of the Csen national championship had taken the relative rank.
Despite the period, the company from Ponte San Giovanni, therefore, continues to grow at full speed, thanks to an exceptional group of athletes, all for the happiness of the management department formed by the president Daniele Calzoni, Andrea and Antonio Liotta, Roberto and Federico Sabatini, Roberto and Gianni Mastriforti, Michele Baldassarri and Luciano Todini.
