It has been planned that the Open will rise to the Masters 1000 category, so a space with a capacity of 10,401 spectators was designed, as well as 116 places for people with disabilities.
“The location is extraordinary, with an airport two kilometers away and a hotel industry around it. The stadium is located from north to south, which helps the game of tennis. We are harvesting rainwater, so it is a completely sustainable stadium to be able to have a world-class building. In the structure, it was also considered to make secondary fields a grandstand of 3,000 spectators.
It has a parking lot for 80 vehicles and a bar with a 360-degree view. On the ground floor there are spaces for tennis players, a gym and medical service, in addition to the press area and administrative area.
On the second level are the boxes, stands, suites and a restaurant, as well as the player lounge and transmission area.
It is planned to be used for other sporting and cultural events as well.

Construction began in 2019 and lasted three years, due to its complexity and the pandemic. However, before starting to put up the walls, they worked for a year on the planning.
