The third match in four days for the Under 19 team ends with a clear dominance, 112 – 49: after the successes with Ronchi and Tolmezzo, Andrea Mura‘s team dominates the city derby against Adriaticwithout any misstep.
The news of the day is the return of Marco Pieriavailable to coach Mura for the occasion and this only increases the physical dominance of Trieste over the Karst players: in the 27-13 of the first quarter there is precisely the signature of the long class 2002, which goes in double figures in the initial ten minutes and, together with Sheqiri and Ius, forms an impassable wall for the attackers of Zavrtanik.
Salvi does what he can, at Jadran, but it is too little to worry an Allianz who even reaches 60-25 at the end of the second quarter, riding the wave of Sheqiri and the triples of Venier and Bonano. Trieste imposes its own game and there is no story in the game, with a triple-digit performance in attack for the red and white, which conclude with an excellent +63 and assist in the hundredth point scored by Camporeale.
“It was certainly the best game of this triptych – coach commented Mura at the end of the race -; decisive is the fact that we were all present, but I would like to applaud the application of the boys. We have concluded this tour de force in crescendo and we hope it is a good omen for Saturday’s race in C Silver, when we face Cervignano ”.
