They present a new way of bringing sports closer – Sistema Michoacano de Radio y Televisión

Aquila, Apatzingán, Morelia and Lázaro Cárdenas will have Sports Development Centers.

The State Commission for Physical Culture and Sports (CECUFID), will take sports activities to all corners of the state, which is how it presented the Sports Development Centers for four municipalities.

In this way, Aquila, Apatzingán, Morelia and Lázaro Cárdenas will have this program, through which it seeks to facilitate the practice of physical activity to the population.

In addition, it is intended to contribute to the reconstruction of the social fabric, and at the same time to detect talents in different sports, and to monitor them.

In Morelia, 18 sports disciplines will be promoted to children over 5 years of age, who will undergo psychological and nutritional evaluations, in order to have a control of the advances in their development.

In the Michoacan capital, classes will be held at the Revolutionary Army Sports Center (CDER) in 17 disciplines. Among them are chess, athletics, badminton, basketball, boxing, soccer, artistic gymnastics, rhythmic gymnastics, handball, judo, artistic swimming, rugby, tochito, volleyball, weightlifting and swimming for special athletes.

In the port of Lázaro Cárdenas, as in Aquila, they will start with weightlifting, while in Apatzingán, the Sports Development Centers (CDD) will open with archery and beach volleyball.

Registrations have a cost of 250 pesos, while the recovery fee on a monthly basis ranges from 150 to 500 pesos (depending on the discipline to choose); The requirements are: 2 recent child-size photographs, a copy of the Birth Certificate, CURP, medical exam issued by Cecufid, in addition to filling out the application for admission, signing the responsive letter and recovery fee sheet.

Registrations can be made at the CDD coordination, located within the Cecufid sub-directorate offices, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
