Missing Parts: If you think certain parts are missing from your package, please check the styrofoa and trampoline carefully. Some parts (bolts, screws, etc.) are already attached to/on the trampoline
PASO 1.
• Open the bent frame tube.
Opening the trampoline requires the application of some pressure. It is strongly recommended that you use 2 people for this part of the process, with one person on one side of the trampoline and the second on the other side of the trampoline.
PASO 2.
- Install the frame pad on the trapline and align the pad holes to the designed position.
- Firmly screw the legs into the designed holes. Then stand on the trampoline to make sure your legs remain firm and flat on the floor.
PASO 4.
• Join the center of the handrail by pushing the pin into the upper section of the handrail and allowing the two pieces to slide together.
• Insert both ends of the upper handrail section into the left and right handrail brackets. Make sure you hear a “click” sound and that the joined sections are secure before continuing.
• Remove the plastic caps under the legs and load two sets of screws, then reinstall the plastic caps.
NOTE! Make sure that the screws are placed in the correct legs, where the handrail should eventually be placed.
PASO 5.
• Attach the handrail to the leg tubes and secure with the screws. Please note that there are 2 sets of screws for each leg tube.

TRAINING INSTRUCTIONS
A successful exercise program consists of a warm-up, an aerobic exercise, and a cool-down. Do the entire program at least two and preferably three times a week, taking a day off between workouts. After several months, you can increase your workouts to four or five times a week.
WARMING UP
The purpose of warming up is to prepare your body for exercise and to minimize injury. Warm up two to five minutes before strength training or aerobic exercise. Do activities that get your heart rate up and warm up your working muscles. Activities may include brisk walking, jogging, jumping jacks, jumping rope, and running in place.
TO STRETCH
It is very important to stretch while your muscles are warm after a proper warm-up and again after your strength or aerobic training session. Muscles are more easily stretched at these times due to their elevated temperature, greatly reducing the risk of injury. Stretches should be held for 15 to 30 seconds.
COOLING
The purpose of the cool down is to return the body to its normal or near-normal resting state at the end of each exercise session. Proper cooling slowly lowers the heart rate and allows blood to return to the heart.
