Super Mega Baseball 3 was first released in 2021 and since then has seen a steady influx of new players. The game focuses on a friendlier and much more arcade-focused baseball experience.
You control larger than life caricatures of baseball players and prototypes, each with their own unique strengths and weaknesses. Sure, the game focuses more on having fun than affordable high-level play, but there’s nothing wrong with understanding which players are the most effective of the best in Super Huge Baseball 3.
8 Joven Bambino – RF – Grapplers
The name Bambino is a name that has a long tradition in baseball, and while Joven Young Child isn’t quite Infant Ruth, his attributes make him one of the top 10 players in Super Huge Baseball 3.
His only real gift is Power, rated at 94, while Fielding and Speed are in the low 70s. The outfield player’s huge problem is striking calling as he only has a rating of 60 because division. What good is all that power if you can’t even get the club on the round? When Bambino does link, however, it’s just one of the nicest home runs you’re likely to ever see.
7 Hammer Longballo – RF – Sirloins
Imagine you are almost 40 years old and you still have the best punching power in your entire professional sports activity. That’s exactly what Hammer Longballo does when the 39-year-old goes into the batter’s box with an incredible 99-batter power.
That’s paltry when combined with a 78 batting average, but given his fielding ranking of 58, things could be a lot worse for the aging expert. His name gives away exactly what he’s capable of on the field. Not much more and absolutely not much less.
6 Hito Moonshota – 3B – Nemesis
A moonshot is a hit that sails so high in the air, at such a high speed, that it feels like it will continue rising safely until it hits the moon. Hito Moonshota’s name is a nod to this event, and his 98 hit power is a testament to why he’s so named.
He needs to increase the weights as his arm strength peaks at 93. Just don’t try to make him swipe all bases anytime fast as his speed is rated at 30 which reduces pathetically. As a pure player, the trade-off is often sheer athleticism, which isn’t necessary when every hit is a home run.
5 Jackie Bang – CF – Nemesis
Jackie Slam is not only the highest rated baseball player on the list, but also one of the most valuable players in her group.
As Bane’s starting center fielder, it’s important that she rules the role with a more than acceptable 84 fielding score. With an 81 hitting power, she has the potential to beat resident runs, but her 98 score means she’s much more likely to hit base or potentially score a jogger with a skillfully executed sacrifice flight in the right circumstances.
4 Hack Liner – 3B – Wideloads
Hack Lining is the starting third baseman for the Wideloads, a team with a hippo mascot. A beast insidiously much more effective than meets the eye and a living minivan by both size and weight. Liner fits the bill here because he’s a big guy with a gift for powerful shots.
At 31, it’s no surprise his fielding is rated at 57, but he makes up for it with an 86 arm. He might struggle to get a ground loop, but if he does, there’s no chance the jogger will make it to first base in time.
3 Jock Sports – SS – Nemesis
Jock Sports is the third and final member of Nemesis to finish in the top ten players in Super Mega Baseball 3. Though both he and Jackie Bang are rated A+, he’s on the straight side with an 89 batting power and 93 fielding.
He’s the Mike Trout of Super Mega Baseball and allows you to have fun at home plate as he can hit the ball out of the square with every shot, regardless of who puts the bottle in front of him.
2 Handley Dexterez – SS – Beewolves
Handley Dexterez is one of only two players in Super Mega Baseball 3 to have an S overall player rating. At just 22 years old, he still has a lot of baseball ahead of him and can improve his weak points enormously.
He’s not a major power player, but his 87 rating and speed allow him to get on base and stay there. Dexterez also comes into the field defensively comfortably as his fielding ranking stands at an elite 97.
1 Sakda Tune – 1B – Overdogs
Sakda Song gets the honor of being the best player in all of Super Mega Baseball 3. Although his S-Grade matches that of Beewolves shortstop Handley Dexterez, Song has the advantage of having two qualities in the ’90s.
Both his swing contact and rate are 90 or above, with his only real weakness being his 57-rated arm. If you like getting down to base by any means necessary and trying to capture bases and score, there is no better capstone.
