Defeating only Great Britain in Group B, the A National Team was defeated for the third time in the qualifiers. Losing 72-71 away to Greece, the national team lost to its opponent in the home match as well.
Greece, on the other hand, continued its leadership with its third win.
Turkey will face Belarus on Thursday, June 30 at home and Great Britain away on Sunday, July 3, in the third window matches in Group B.

Youth and Sports Minister Mehmet Muharrem Kasapoğlu, Deputy Minister of Youth and Sports Hamza Yerlikaya and Turkish Basketball Federation President Hidayet Türkoğlu also watched the match.
Turkish basketball fans did not leave the A National Team alone and filled the hall completely. The fans gave great support to the national team with Turkish flags in their hands.

Nationals could not stop Agravanis and Papagiannis
Turkey could not stop Dimitrios Agravanis in outside shots and Georgios Papagiannis under the basket.
Agravanis scored 12 of his 22 points from three-pointer baskets. Agravanis also played effectively with 11 rebounds. Papagiannis had 21 points and 9 rebounds.
Metecan Birsen’s performance of 12 points and 13 rebounds in the national team was not enough to win. Shane Larkin, Turkey’s top scorer with 16 points, made 5 turnovers. Melih Mahmutoğlu, who found all his points from the 3-pointer, finished the game with 15 points.
