Rio Grande 02/28/2022.- The judoka of our city, Martina Zsarapo, was selected to represent the Argentine National Team in the next ODESUR Youth Games, which will take place from April 28 to May 8 in the city from Rosario.
The talented judoka, who trains under the orders of Maximiliano Cavia, in the municipal dojo, came to the National Team after six campuses that she has traveled a long way since 2019.
Martina is 16 years old and comes from a 2021 where she was a silver medal at the Araucanía Games, in addition to obtaining first place at the Villa Carlos Paz National.
In the category up to 63 kilos, Martina will seek to make history in one of the most important sporting events for young people between 14 and 17 years old.
From the Municipality, constant support and accompaniment is provided to the city’s athletes on their way, promoting growth with help and works, such as the recently inaugurated Combat Sports gym.
