American Football: Brady prefers to continue playing – Sport

US football star Tom Brady has announced his retirement from retirement. He writes on Twitter at night: “In the past two months it has become clear to me that my place is still on the field and not in the stands. That time will come at some point. But not now. I love my teammates and I love my family, who supported me. You make this all possible. I’m coming back to Tampa for my 23rd season.”

He then writes “Unfinished Business LFG” after it. So he hasn’t done his job yet. What exactly the most successful player in the NFL could mean at the age of 44 and after 22 years as a professional is not entirely clear. The quarterback should basically have nothing left to prove in his sport.

The abbreviation “LFG” is an abbreviation for “Let’s fucking go” – Here we go. Actually, his family life should have started now. Brady announced his retirement as a professional player on February 1. “My playing career has been an exciting journey that far exceeded my imagination and was full of ups and downs,” he wrote on Twitter. “But now the time has come to focus my time and energy on other things.”

Brady has played for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers since 2019. And will probably continue to do so for at least one more season.
