Absolutely! This victory is a testament to your hard work and dedication. So, Amélie, tell us, what was going through your mind as you were competing? Were you feeling the pressure, or were you able to stay focused on your game?

Amélie: Honestly, there were definitely some nerves! Competitions always bring a certain level of pressure, especially at the regional level. That’s a great approach. and you mentioned training – what’s your training regimen like? It must be quite demanding to reach this level of proficiency.

Amélie: You’re right, it takes a lot of dedication. I train several times a week, focusing on both technique and physical conditioning. I also work with a coach who provides invaluable guidance and support. Archery is just as much a mental game as it is physical, so I also incorporate mental exercises and visualization techniques into my training.
