Fourth victory gleaned with authority by Ashun Wu (-16). The Chinese won in Nairobi four strokes ahead of Hurly, Long and Lawrence. A card of 65 (-6) with a single bogey (at 2), and in particular four consecutive birdies between 7 and 10 allows Wu to win and climb to 6th place in the order of merit.
Ferguson ace
Large leader yesterday (four strokes ahead), the young Ewen Ferguson cracked this Sunday. After three cards of 66, 67 and 66, the Scot played 76 (+5) today, with two double-bogeys on 12 and 15. Ferguson finished in 8th place, at -9 total. In his game, the Swede Marcus Kinhult did not shine either, returning a card of 72 (+1), to finish at the same rank as Ferguson.
Pavon best French
Matthieu Pavon (-10) confirms that he is the most consistent Frenchman on the circuit, as evidenced by his cards of 69, 68, 68, 69 this week. A 6th place finish which takes him to 26th place in the DP World Tour ranking. Julien Brun also had a good week, finishing 13th at -8 overall. Antoine Rozner finished 34th after his final card of 68 (-3). Frederic Lacroix and Adrien Saddier play par today and finish 51st, at -1 overall. Next meeting of the DP World Tour next week in South Africa, with five French people at the start (Rozner, Pavon, Langasque, Brun, Guerrier). Frederic Lacroix is his first reserve.
