Blanca:
“Thank you for having me. It was definitely a demanding weekend in Estella. Every point was hard-fought, and every match could have swung either way. Going into those games, we knew we were facing strong opponents and that we had to be mentally prepared for a long, grueling battle.
The key for us was to stay focused on our game plan, trust our training, and not get discouraged by early setbacks. We knew if we kept pushing, kept fighting for every point, we could make things arduous for our opponents. Even though the results didn’t go our way, I am proud of the effort and resilience we showed throughout the weekend.”
You secured notable victories in both the IF 3/3 and DF 2/2 categories. can you tell us a little bit about those victories and what contributed to your success?
Blanca:
“I was happy with my performances in Estella, especially sence it was a tough weekend for the entire team.In the IF 3/3, Ester and Alicia were incredible partners.We have great chemistry on the court, and we were able to anticipate each other’s moves effectively.
In the DF 2/2, it was all about communication and strategic play. My partner and I worked well together to exploit our opponents’ weaknesses and control the pace of the game. Ultimately, it came down to staying focused and executing our shots with precision.”

Blanca:
“Harmoney and support within a team are absolutely crucial, especially when facing adversity. Gonzalo stepping up like that shows the strength of our team spirit. He trained hard, was ready when called upon, and contributed significantly to our efforts.
Having that kind of depth and unwavering support from teammates helps to boost morale and keep everyone fighting. It’s a testament to the team culture we’ve built at Guadalajara Badminton Club.”

“We know the road ahead won’t be easy, but we are resolute to bounce back from this weekend’s results.
