The Chirac club recently hosted the departmental archery championship in Montrodat, welcoming a strong contingent of thirteen archers from the Barraban club. The Barraban team delivered an impressive performance, securing an astounding twelve podium finishes. This remarkable achievement speaks volumes about the club’s dedication and the promising future it holds,much to the delight of club leaders Philippe and Marie-Pierre Dupeyron.The Barraban archers dominated across various categories. In the youngest category, Sacha Veck emerged victorious.Mélody Ariso-Rauzier claimed the top spot in the minimal girls’ category, while Antoine Alle secured second place in the minimal boys’ category. Amandine Alle took first place in the cadet category, with Dimitri Veck achieving a commendable third-place finish.

The senior categories also saw impressive results for the Barraban team. Martine Barbabianca triumphed in the senior 2FCL category, while Kévin Chauvet secured first place in the senior 1HCO category.Isabelle Chauvet dominated the FBB senior category. Béatrice Bonal secured second place in the senior 2FCO category.
