Schaeffersheim
For this trip to the Jura in Salins at one of the contenders for the climb Schaeffersheim could only field seven able-bodied players. The task therefore promised to be almost insurmountable, but at the end of a successful match and a disciplined collective, the feat was at the end. Kornmann’s teammates gradually took over in the 3e quarter, thanks to a perfect management of the attacks and especially to an extremely united defense. In the final QT, Andres’ men no longer give the opportunity to the locals who lose their nerves like Dahbi’s technical foul which sends him to the bench (35e ). An unexpected, but well-deserved victory (68-62) dedicated to little Jade who had just been born into the Geiger-Cabut couple.

The men 1 with two last minute injuries, did what they could against Soultz / B. After an excellent start (8-0), they first saw the visitors come back, then overtake them during the 2e QT (25-32 at the break). In lack of rotations and especially with an address at half mast, they will no longer be able to reverse the situation, losing in the end 43-51. The masculine 2 of P. Grad suffered against the rough and experienced visitors of Barr / Gertwiller 2. After a score of 56-56 at the end of regulation time, they nevertheless had the merit of winning at the end of the suspense after extra time (65-62). The men’s 3 narrowly failed against Kogenheim (57-62). The exploit of the weekend is for the female 2, victorious against all odds in Molsheim, the undisputed leader who remained on twelve victories in twelve meetings. The young proteges of Mr. Stoeffler made the locals doubt throughout the game to arrive at a score of 44-44 at the end of regulation time. The teammates of Florine Hartmann (16 pts) were not going to stop there, then showing character to style the winegrowers on the wire after extra time (50-52).
Youth: U17M – AUS: 45-57. This Wednesday at 8 p.m.: Ohnheim 3 – fem.1.
Osthouse
A stammering start to the match will have delayed the grip of the men 1 on their hosts of the day Bischoffsheim. But once the machine started, the opponent was logically kept at a distance: 44-87. The 5e place in the standings with a late match remains a perfect outsider position for the future. The men 2 have meanwhile achieved the perfect hold-up against the ASS. Led almost throughout the meeting, they passed in front at the very end of the match, on the smallest of the gaps (62-61). This 3e victory is really good for morale. The female 1s bravely defended their chances at the leader Val de Villé. Switching at half-time with a single point behind, perfectly managing the weak times of the locals to stick to the score, they only surrendered at the very end of the match 51-64.
