ANKARA (AA) – In the first match of the quarter-finals of the FIBA Women’s European Cup in basketball, ÇBK Mersin Yenişehir Municipality defeated France’s LDLC ASVEL team 77-64 on the road.
Closing the first quarter of the match played in Lyon, France with a 22-12 lead, ÇBK Mersin Yenişehir Municipality also prevailed 36-28 in the locker room. At the end of the third quarter, ÇBK Mersin Yenişehir Municipality, which increased the difference to double digits (45-55), won the field 77-64.
