Kylian Hazard was pushed aside at Cercle Brugge. In the winter mercato he moved to RWDM on a rental basis. In the summer he will in principle return to the Association.
There he was accused of a lack of commitment and mentality. Hazard himself does not see a return. “I turned that page,” he said at The last news† “But I’ve never disrespected anyone. I don’t think I deserved that punishment.”
He thinks he is ready for a step higher. “Purely football or technically I can have my place anywhere,” said Hazard. “I have qualities for the Belgian top or higher. At Cercle I did not see anyone who stood out so much more when playing football…”
It seems certain that he no longer has a place at Cercle, so Belgian top clubs could do a golden thing. Especially the clubs with few financial resources can quickly make their move. “Cercle also benefits if they let me leave for free,” he concluded.
