The National Hockey League (NHL) Pittsburgh Penguins striker Theodor Bluger has been removed from the list of injured players and will probably be available for the next match. Penguins head coach Mike Salivan has previously said that the decision to leave the Latvian forward will be made before the game. On the night of March 9 at 2:00 Latvian time penguins will host the Florida Panthers on its field.
Bluger was injured on January 23 when Brenden Dylon, a Wynipeg Jets opponent, pushed Bluger overboard at high speed. After the collision, the Latvian fell on the ice and left the area with a bloody face, but shortly afterwards it turned out that Bluger had a broken jaw. Dylon was not rejected for his use of force. The Latvian needed jaw surgery, due to which he missed 16 games. This season, Blugers has participated in 40 matches, scoring eight goals and nine assists.
