Bressols. In the morning at judo, it’s time for the little ones

Bressols. In the morning at judo, it’s time for the little ones

There are things from childhood that easily come under happiness. Every Saturday morning, the municipal dojo has a ritual that remains up to the little ones. It’s time for the judo session, which invites all the little ones on the tatami mats of the Bressol club, with an educational ambition that illustrates the policy of the local club. And we’re not kidding because, as soon as they arrive in the large room lit by the imposing bay windows, all the little ones put on the kimono in the light of attractive sessions: “The children are always very happy to come and do their training, even if sometimes, they show all the colors to their educators”, reports the mother of a child. Because for the educational team, each exercise has specific purposes for our dear little ones. The child, by practicing judo, will above all, at first, develop his motor skills and flexibility, by multiplying playful exercises of rolling and moving of all kinds standing and on the ground.

For the Bressols club, the succession seems assured, as much for the practitioners as for the supervising team. Young educators come to shed light on the children to teach the basics of this martial art. Barefoot on the tatami mats, the little ones discover the fundamentals while having fun, because the Saturday morning sessions are still very fun. Shared moments to eliminate the overflow of energy, so that at the end of the course, the young athletes feel a good physical fatigue. They will also learn to manage their stress, to channel it, especially during competitions. A great progression to come in order to wisely show patience and perseverance, a discipline that will allow you to move up in rank.
