As reported by the English media, a masked burglar recently broke into the 47 million dollar villa of soccer idol David David Beckham (46) and his wife Victoria (47)!
And that while the entire Beckham family was at home in the villa in London’s posh Kensington district! The Sun first reported.
Accordingly, the masked burglar entered the upper floor of the property through a window. David and Victoria were with their daughter Harper (10) at the time and didn’t notice the break-in.
According to the “Sun”, the son Cruz (17) is said to have noticed the robbery when he came home from a party. He discovered that a guest room had been ransacked and there were several broken windows.
Cruz then ran to his father, David, who immediately called the police and searched the house.
A source told The Sun: “The thieves broke in through a window and shot straight out with a small number of items. Luckily, none were of great sentimental value to the family.”

He continued: “Fortunately, the criminals only made it as far as one bedroom before they ran away. The Beckhams were visibly shaken by what happened. It was very shocking for them to learn that the burglar broke into the house while they were at home.”
According to London police, the burglary took place almost a month ago. The Metropolitan Police, told The Sun: “Police were called at 00:37 on Tuesday, March 1st. The burglary is said to have taken place between 8.30pm and 11.30pm on Monday 28 February. Some items have been reported stolen. No arrests were made. Inquiries continue.”
There are also said to have been burglaries during the night in neighboring properties in the posh area of London’s Kensington district. It cannot be ruled out that an organized gang of robbers is behind the burglaries.
Since 2013, the Beckhams have lived with their children mainly in the London villa that David bought for almost €35 million and renovated for almost €12 million.
David Beckham, who ended his playing career at Paris St. Germain in 2013, is currently the football ambassador. Victoria works as a designer.
