Davis Cup: the plateau of the group stage in September, with Belgium, is known

Belgium won their ticket by going to win in Finland (2-3) in Espoo on Friday and Saturday. Johan Van Herck’s men thus join Croatia, finalists last year and automatically qualified, as well as Serbia and Great Britain invited for the group stage from September 14 to 18 in four cities. Defending champions Russia were suspended “until further notice” by the International Tennis Federation (ITF) on Tuesday due to Moscow’s invasion of Ukraine.

The twelve countries which qualified this weekend are in addition to Belgium, Australia, South Korea, France, Spain, the United States, the Netherlands, Germany, Italy, Kazakhstan, Sweden and Argentina.

The final phase will take place from November 23 to 27, with eight teams.
