Tunisian judokas won two gold medals and as many bronze medals on the first day of the Tunis International Open held on March 12 and 13 at the Rades sports hall.
Frej Dhouibi and Meriem Bejaoui offered themselves the most precious of metals respectively in the 60 kg and 63 kg category.
For their part, Oumeima Bedoui (48 kg) and Meriem Jmour (52 kg) won bronze.
Nearly 185 judokas representing 23 countries are taking part in the International Open, which has returned after a three-year hiatus due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
