The volant Bisontin and Badminton Val de Morteau clubs showcased their rising talent this past weekend at the third stage of the interregional youth badminton circuit hosted in Nancy. Six doubles players from these clubs competed fiercely,delivering impressive performances.
Côme Daval, representing Volant Bisontin, emerged as a standout athlete, securing victory in his final. He further demonstrated his prowess by clinching a silver medal in the men’s doubles category alongside his partner from Alsace. This remarkable achievement has earned Daval a coveted spot in the prestigious Elites Jeunes circuit, set to take place in Nantes from March 25th to 27th.
The competition also witnessed thrilling matches in other categories. Notably, the cadet doubles final was an all-doublistes affair, culminating in a victory for Arthur Tatranov from Badminton val de Morteau.adding to the club’s success, Anastasya Tatranov dominated the girls’ singles chick category, claiming the top spot.The momentum continues this weekend as the badminton circuit moves to Voiron (38) for a national elite competition. Four promising young athletes from besançon and Mortuac will be representing their clubs,aiming to build on the success achieved in Nancy. marie Dubois: Nurturing young talent requires a holistic approach. We focus on technical development, physical conditioning, and mental fortitude. but most importantly, we create a supportive and fun surroundings where these athletes can learn, grow, and discover their passion for the sport.

Marie Dubois: We emphasize the process over the outcome. We want our athletes to focus on their individual goals, execute their game plans, and enjoy the experience.Pressure is inevitable at this level, but by focusing on preparation and mental resilience, we equip them to handle it effectively.
