Eintracht Frankfurt: 20,000 Frankfurters want to go to the Camp Nou – Bundesliga

In buses, trains and ten charter planes via Madrid, Mallorca and Faro, a good 20,000 Frankfurters will make the pilgrimage from all directions to Barcelona (April 14) for the quarter-final second leg of the Europa League.

Although Eintracht officially only receives 5050 tickets for the guest block. “We want a powerful group of fans there. That made the difference in Seville,” said club legal counsel Phillip Reschke.

Most fans have to get their ticket through other means. For example through travel agencies, from the daily ticket contingent of around 9,000, through expensive VIP tickets from 395 euros upwards or from the 85,000 season ticket holders in Barcelona. Not all of them will come to the second leg.

Officially, 93,000 spectators are allowed in the 99,000-man stadium at Camp Nou.
