Marco:

It’s definitely possible. Some of them, like Neijenhuis who’s already showed a knack for scoring in big games, could very well rise through the ranks. but it’s important to remember, youth development is a marathon, not a sprint. Consistency, hard work, and a little bit of luck are all crucial.
