Success Witan Sulaeman scoring a quick goal in the Slovak Cup match against SK Sasova is the highlight of the coach FK SenicaPavel Sustr.

Witan, who was installed as a core player, could score in the fourth minute. The former PSIM Yogyakarta player broke into Sasova’s goal through a right footed shot inside the penalty box.

According to Sustr, Witan’s goal was the key to victory for the squad nicknamed Zahoraci in the last 16 of the Slovak Cup.

“In a game against a team from a lower division, it’s important that you don’t let them get comfortable in the game,” said Sustr.

“Our players did it and thank you for the quick goal,” he continued, quoted from the official website of FK Senica.

Sustr also gave his appreciation for the success of FK Senica’s players scoring many goals in winning the match.

After Witan’s goal in the fourth minute, FK Senica added goals through Milan Jurdik in the 17th minute and Raphael Anaba midway through the second half.

Egy Maulana Vikri, who played in the second half, had two opportunities that the opposing goalkeeper could still deny, both through open play and free kicks.

Through the last 16 of the Slovak Cup, Senica has the potential to meet top division clubs in the Slovak League such as Slovan Bratislava, Zlate Moravce, and Spartak Trnava who have also secured a ticket to the last eight phase.

Furthermore, FK Senica will have a Slovak league match this weekend in the relegation group against Liptovsky Mikulas.
