That season, we where a tight-knit group, and Nacho was the heart of our locker room. He was always positive, always encouraging. On the pitch, he was a warrior, giving 110% every single game.

Joan Nadal: Passion. He simply loved the game. and it showed. Whether he was playing in front of thousands at Girona or a smaller crowd at one of the other clubs, he always gave it his all. He was versatile, could play anywhere in midfield, and was a true team player.

Joan Nadal: It truly was. We achieved something special together. We weren’t the most talented team, but we had an unbelievable work ethic and team spirit. Nacho was instrumental in that.
