After the fifth win of the season, no one can overtake him in the rest of the race.
The Czech national team member Jan Zabystřan finished in 52nd place as the last of the skiers to finish the race in Kvitfjell. He was 3.62 seconds behind the winner.
Frenchwoman Tessa Worley won the giant slalom of the World Cup in Lenzerheide and two races before the end of the season dramatized the fight for a small crystal globe. American Mikaela Shiffrin took advantage of Petra Vlhová’s hesitation and consolidated her lead in fourth place in the ongoing evaluation of the series.
