Those over 35 years of age, more or less, do not need further explanations when talking about ‘The Millionaires’ Estate’. They know the site by heart, even more so if they were faithful followers of the blue.
It is a property located on the North Highway, at the exit of Bogotá, which for decades was the headquarters of the Albiazul club (today it works on a rented property), but which ended in legal proceedings, domain extinction and, in the end, in the hands of others who will end up benefiting from its future sale.
Precisely this notice, shared by the journalist José Gabriel Celis, shows that the lot is for sale:

The last thing that was known about the property was that the National Narcotics Directorate decided “to transfer 48.96 percent of the ownership of the Fontanar lot to Los Millonarios Sports Club,” according to what was published in 2010 by the newspaper Time.
Now, when the billboard reads ‘Great opportunity’ and it is specified that the 109,188 square meter lot is up for auction, it is clear that the wait was worth it: from that year 2010 until now, the cost of the land went from 21,921 ‘172,200 pesos to 113,272’314,760, according to data from Mundo Millos.
At the time a buyer is found, the money will not go to the new company that represents Millionaires but will be used to cover the debts accumulated for years with different types of creditors, including the State itself and even coaches and former players. like Héctor Burguez and others, who filed lawsuits for unpaid debts and hope that the sale will help them recover the money.
