POPOVICH BROKEN THE NBA RECORD

Struggling to participate in the play-in tournament, the San Antonio Spurs defeated the Utah Jazz 104-102 at home.

Spurs Head Coach Gregg Popovich single-handedly captured the NBA record he shared with Don Nelson, with the 1336th regular season win of his career.

Dejounte Murray led the Spurs with 27 points, 9 rebounds and 5 steals. Donovan Mitchell, who produced 24 points, 7 rebounds and 6 assists, became the most influential name in the Jazz.
