Klay Thompson delivered a scorching performance, pouring in a season-high 38 points to propel the Golden State Warriors past the reigning NBA champion Milwaukee Bucks in a decisive home victory. This impressive display comes just weeks after thompson’s triumphant return to the league following a two-year hiatus due to injury.
The sharpshooter’s offensive explosion proved instrumental in snapping the Bucks’ six-game winning streak.The Warriors ultimately triumphed 122-109, with Thompson leading the charge. Notably, teammate Steph Curry had a relatively quiet night, attempting only seven shots and finishing with eight points. Giannis Antetokounmpo led the Bucks with 31 points, but it wasn’t enough to overcome Thompson’s fiery performance.
