Gainesville, Florida. – The Tigers won the series with an 11-2 win over Florida on Sunday afternoon at the Florida Ballpark.
LSU will return home to face off against UL-Monroe on Tuesday night, March 29 at 6:30 p.m. at Alex Box Stadium, Skip Bertman Field. The game will air on affiliates of the LSU Sports Radio Network and stream on SEC Network+.
Freshman Grant Taylor (2-0) earned the win by throwing five and a third inning, allowing just two runs on four hits. Taylor had six strikeouts.
