The Spaniard from Aprilia seems to have lost his early season enthusiasm after just one race

Con Maverick Vinales are we already at the usual? This is what one wonders when reading the post-race statements of the Spaniard, who saw his teammate close to the podium from a long way behind. For him it was a weekend of suffering in Losail, but from here to fail him after only one test there is a lot. Also because Vinales was not controversial in his statements, but only analyzed the facts.
“In winter I felt much better – he said – now, on the other hand, I have the same sensazini of the last races of last season”. It is not (or should not) therefore be a problem of head, but of feeling with the new RS-GP. “At no time did I feel comfortable with the bike. It is time to understand what is happening – said Vinales – I do my part, but it is very complicated. The sensations that the front end transmits complicate my life. Is very strange. Certainly Aprilia’s DNA leads the rider to have to do things that are very different from what I was used to ”.
DIt is difficult to understand exactly if it is a setting problem, but Vinales himself did not make any dramas, simply asking the Aprilia technicians to help him find the cause of the poor feeling, starting with the race in Indonesia. It is possible, in fact, that these are only questions of adaptation for a rider whose talent is not in question, but who has always driven four in a line in MotoGP.
