NBA recap, Lakers cut a bad figure in front of Houston;  OK Boston, Milwaukee

The Los Angeles Lakers lost in the night in front of the Houston Rockets, last in the standings in the West. A really heavy defeat with the Texans who have regulated their opponents despite the triple double of LeBron James with 23 points, 14 rebounds and 12 assists. The Akron native could do nothing to drag the Californians to victory, as did Russell Westbrook. The point guard finished his personal performance with 30 points, 8 rebounds and 6 assists, while Malik Monk added “unnecessarily” another 20 points.

Chicago finished a five-game losing streak, beating the Detroit Pistons thanks to DeMar DeRozan’s 36 points and 8 rebounds. Zach LaVine (25 points) and Nikola Vucevic (21 points) gave their contribution, signing an important comeback in the last quarter. Milwaukee also did well, highlighting the usual Giannis Antetokounmpo with 43 points and 12 rebounds in the match won against Atlanta. Middleton and Portis combined for another 46 points.

The Nuggets won against Sacramento with a Nikola Jokic of 38 points and 18 rebounds. The Serbian added 7 more assists. On the other hand, the defeat in Dallas against the Knicks was ugly and scored only 77 total points, 31 of which were signed by Luka Doncic alone. With the Phoenix night win over Miami, the Suns have arithmetically qualified for the 2022 NBA Playoffs. They are the first team to officially enter the postseason. The W arrived thanks also to the return to operations of Devin Booker. The guard came close to the triple double with 23 points, 9 assists and 8 rebounds.
