Quarterback Nate Sudfeld didn’t play a single game for the San Francisco 49ers last season, but he’s staying with the franchise for next year. The team announced that they had equipped the signal caller with a reserve/future contract. This is given to players who have not been part of the active roster but who the franchise would still like to keep. According to “ESPN”, the 28-year-old has a one-year contract with a guarantee of more than two million US dollars, with bonuses it could even become three million. Two other teams are said to have been interested in Sudfeld.
