Held in check by Montpellier (0-0) this Saturday in Ligue 1, OGC Nice now risks being joined by Olympique de Marseille, three points before a trip to Brest on Sunday, in the standings. Before the match against the Marseille club next week at the Vélodrome, Aiglons coach Christophe Galtier refused to consider this clash as “a final for 2nd place”.
“No, we will still be too far from the end of the championship, there are still a lot of points to distribute. Obviously it will be an important match for the European places. And, if one of the two teams wins , I hope it will be us. In any case, it will not be decisive”, assured the Gym coach on Prime Video.
