The 2022 Men’s Pac-12 Basketball Tournament is set, with Arizona, UCLA, USC and Colorado winning four byes in the first round.
2 Arizona won the first spot days ago, who went to a 28-3 overall season including a record-breaking 18 conference wins. The ninth #1 for the Wildcats, who last won the tournament in 2018.
UCLA #17 clinched second place after beating #16 USC 75-68 on Saturday, which dropped to #3. Colorado beat Utah to take fourth place for the second year in a row.
Oregon’s defeat to Washington and Washington State put the Ducks in a three-way tie for fifth place with those schools, but their two wins against UCLA propelled them to the number 5 seed.
The Huskies finished at #6 for their win at Arizona State, while the Cougars landed at #7.
Arizona State claimed the 8th seed, Stanford the 9th seed, and Cal the 10th seed, and dropped the 11th and 12th seed to Utah and Oregon State, respectively.
At the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, all of Wednesday’s first-round games will be broadcast on the Pac-12 Network, and Thursday’s quarterfinals will be broadcast on the Pac-12 Network and FS1.
Friday’s semifinals will be broadcast on Pac-12 and FS1, while Saturday’s championship will be broadcast on FOX.
