PSG: a sad historical first under the QSI era

This statistic is the symbol of Christophe Galtier’s ability to thwart PSG. After Nice’s victory this Saturday evening (1-0), the Riviera club has not conceded a single goal this season in three games against the Parisian club. A performance all the more remarkable as it has been historic since the takeover of PSG by QSI in the summer of 2011.

It is only the second time in its history, after the 1986-1987 season (against Bordeaux), that the capital club has remained silent in three competitive matches against the same opponent in one season. Nice and Paris had separated with the score of 0-0 in the first leg (December 1) as in the round of 16 of the Coupe de France (0-0, 5-6 on tab on January 31).
