KOMPAS.com – Real Madrid as the leader of the LaLiga standings, the highest caste of the Spanish League, for the 2021-2022 season, managed to widen the distance over their closest competitor, Sevilla.
Los Blancos, nicknamed Real Madrid, are now more comfortable at the top of the Spanish League standings with an eight-point advantage over Sevilla who are in second place.
This situation cannot be separated from the results achieved by Real Madrid in the 27th week of the Spanish League season 2021-2022.
In the 27th week of the Spanish League, Real Madrid hosted Real Sociedad at the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium, Sunday (6/3/2022) early morning WIB.

Real Madrid won the match 4-1 thanks to goals from Eduardo Camavinga (40′), Luka Modric (43′), Karim Benzema (76′-penalty) and Marco Asensio (79′).

When Real Madrid managed to widen the distance over Sevilla, Barcelona had the opportunity to move up to the top three of the Spanish League standings.
Currently, Barcelona is in fourth place with 45 points from 25 matches. They are only one point behind Real Betis who are ranked third.

The difference in one point is what opens Barcelona’s opportunity to move up to the top three of the Spanish League standings.
