Club Tiro con Arco San Juan del Río raised the name of the city in the First Interstate Tournament with traditional archery that took place in León, Guanajuato.
Goalkeepers Axel Aguilar Amézquita and Paloma Encarnación Camacho won first and second place for the San Juan municipality, beating representatives from Tamaulipas, Jalisco and other states of the Republic.
Those who also had a great participation were Marco Antonio Juvencio Lada, he was in the traditional Master category.
Led by Professor Iván Josué Macías Alatorre, the San Juan delegation successfully resumes face-to-face competitions after a long break due to the pandemic issue.
“This was a tournament organized by the group of traditional goalkeepers from Jalisco, it was the first this year. The organization’s next tournament will be at the Jalisco hunting club on Sunday, April 3,” said the goalkeeper.

“We already have students both in the river challenge forum on one side of the Parque de los Guzmán in Paseo del Río and we are beginning to open groups in the new Parque de las Garzas.”
