Chihuahua.- The Municipal Government of Chihuahua, through the Municipal Institute for Prevention and Health Care (IMPAS), informs citizens that the Adapted Sports Gym will return to provide physical activation and conditioning services in person at its facilities .
As it is an important area of health, IMPAS has again launched face-to-face activities for the rehabilitation and treatment of people with disabilities, since the gym has facilities that have been adapted so that people with disabilities, both motor and sensory and intellectual, have access to the necessary physical activation, according to their needs.
With specialized equipment for the treatment of disabilities, atrophies and muscle strengthening, an adapted basketball court, tatami for karate and physical conditioning are services that are accessible to people with disabilities. Also, as part of the gym staff there are social work, nutrition, psychology and nursing departments, which have an accessible cost for users of the Adapted Sports Gym.
It is noteworthy that the facilities meet and cover the needs of people with disabilities, facilitating their access and use, for better care during their visit or sessions on site.
Therefore, IMPAS invites users of the gym to attend to make use of the facilities and services of Specific Sport that includes boccia, basketball, zumba and adapted karate.
