Resumption of free and supervised activities at Ange-Gardien

HOBBIES. The end of the confinement period and the lifting of certain government restrictions related to the pandemic allow the resumption of activities in the gymnasium at Ange-Gardien.

Free activities

Adults can play badminton and pickleball on Monday evenings at the Jean XXIII school gymnasium. Open badminton sessions are also offered on Sundays for families.

Organized activities

The Ange-Gardien recreation department also offers the 20-20-20 formula (cardio, bodybuilding, stretching) for adults, Tuesday evenings, from March 8 to May 31 (10 classes in the gym) and the 3- 60 (posture, balance, endurance) for people aged 60 and over, Wednesday afternoons, from March 30 to May 18 (8 outdoor classes).

Physical activity enthusiasts also have access to flex sessions (mobility and stretching exercises) for adults, Tuesday evenings, from March 8 to May 31 (10 classes in the gym) and cardio FIT sessions ( complete workout in 30 minutes) for adults, Monday evenings, from March 7 to May 23 (12 outdoor classes).

The Municipality also offers Zumba sessions for 16-year-olds and over, Wednesday evenings, from March 9 to May 25 (12 classes in the gym) and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu family sessions, Sunday mornings, from March 13 to May 1.is May (8 lessons in the gymnasium).
