[FPN 정현희 기자] = Seoul Gangseo Fire Station (Chief Jae-hoo Jeong) announced on the 8th that it had conducted on-site safety inspections at the polling and counting stations for the 20th presidential election.
This inspection was prepared to check the state of fire safety management in the polling and voting booths so that the 20th presidential election can be safely held at the Magok Indoor Badminton Court located in Gangseo-gu.

The focus is on ▲whether or not the firefighting facilities installed at the voting/counting stations are operating ▲whether or not the maintenance and management of evacuation/fire prevention facilities are appropriate ▲the provision of fire extinguishers in the throwing/counting stations ▲the actual status of the fire safety management work performed by the related parties ▲the training of the related people on how to respond to fires in the initial stage.
Chief Jeong Jae-hoo said, “As many votes from Gangseo-gu residents are expected, we will do our best to ensure the safety of the residents.”
