So far, nothing has been confirmed from this issue, but Busquets believes Xavi’s squad will be even more promising if the Ivory Coast midfielder is strengthened.

The 25-year-old’s contract at the San Siro will expire at the end of the 2021/22 season and his name has been widely associated with Europe’s top clubs, including Barca.
Busquets fully supports wishes The Blaugrana bring in Kessie.
“Physically, he is a tough player,” said Busquets, admiring the qualities of the former Atalanta midfielder.
“He’s a player who loses a few balls, then someone who knows how to manage the game,” added Busquets.
Busquets believes that typical players like Kessie will be very useful in Xavi’s game system and will help the team compete on the path to champions next season.
“For that, I am very sure, he will be reinforcements that can make us all look good. Kessie will help us,” continued this veteran Spanish player.
Busquets saw that Kessie would have no trouble adjusting to Xavi’s tactics. He is waiting for the coach and the club’s decision to immediately bring him to the Camp Nou.
“He will adapt to Xavi’s game. However, it was our coach who gave ‘ok’ for this transfer. I am happy because Barcelona is recovering and the players want to join us,” he concluded.
