The two African fighters lost during the meeting of the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) on Saturday March 12 in Las Vegas. Opening the evening, in light heavyweight, Cameroonian Tafon Nchukwi was beaten by Russian Azamat Murzakanov. The latter was manhandled before winning in the third round by KO thanks to a knee strike to the jawbone of his opponent. A little later, the Congolese Dalcha Lungiambula (middleweights) lost by submission against Cody Brundage in the first round. The American was however hit several times, but he knew how to seize the opportunity to take Lungiambula’s neck and exercise a fatal guillotine. Nchukwi’s new record is 6 wins for 2 losses, that of Lungiambula is 11 wins for 4 losses.
