The Board gives a local in Huelva to the Andalusian Federation of Badminton for administrative headquarters

HUELVA, March 31. (EUROPE PRESS) –

From now on, the Andalusian Badminton Federation will have its administrative headquarters in premises belonging to the Junta de Andalucía in Huelva, which has been leased to it by the Ministry of Development, Infrastructure and Territory Planning. The property is located on Calle Hermandades and is part of a promotion of 48 homes for rent owned by the Housing and Rehabilitation Agency of Andalusia (AVRA).

As indicated by the Board in a press release, the contract by which AVRA leases the premises has been signed by the provincial director of the Agency, José Domingo Doblado, and the president of the Andalusian Badminton Federation, Juan Carlos Longo, in the presence of the Government delegate in Huelva, Bella Verano, and the territorial delegate for Development, Infrastructure and Territory Planning, José Manuel Correa.

During the course of the event, the delegate highlighted “the interest of the Andalusian Government in supporting a sport that is so deeply rooted in Huelva, especially thanks to Carolina Marín, the leading figure in this sporting discipline in our country and even internationally, for his important career and honors”.

The building that will be the administrative headquarters of the Andalusian Badminton Federation is located on the ground floor of a 48-unit building with official protection and public promotion, located on Calle Hermandades, local number 4. It has a useful area of ​​60.75 square meters and is leased for a period of one year, which will be extended by mutual consent of the parties. The established rent is 80 euros per month and will be revised year after year based on the variations of the CPI.

Thus, from the Andalusian administration they have indicated that, although the contract will come into force on April 1, the tenant must carry out the “necessary” adaptation works, which will be borne by the Badminton Federation itself, in order to be able to put it into use in a maximum period of three months.

The transfer of this premises is covered by Law 5/2016 on Sport in Andalusia and the Decree that regulates Andalusian sports entities, which defines them as private, non-profit entities, with their own legal personality and full capacity to act. in compliance with its purposes, which basically are the promotion, practice and development of its sports modalities.
